The ex-Another Level popstar and Celebrity Big Brother contestant mocked Bhatti for looking like Mowgli from the Jungle Book movie and acting like "a little girl".
Bhatti previously insulted Bowers at a nightclub and then continued to disparage the DJ and singer on Twitter.
Writing about the incidents, Bowers said: "Er hang on a minute... so little Billi Bhatti [I'm told that's his name...no clue who the dude is!] gets upset because he isn't getting any attention hanging around my table.
"He continues to slate me, in earshot, and then s**ts himself when i confront him asking what his problem about me is? [He] apologises and slinks off like a little girl, then continues to slate me on here?! You serious?! Move on Mowgli!"
Bowers releases his comeback single 'All She Needs' next month.
