Fat Joe 'detained on sex assault claim'

Fat Joe has reportedly been detained by police after a woman claimed the rapper sexually assaulted her.

The woman said the incident happened after Fat Joe's (real name Joseph Cartagena), Monday night concert in Madison, Wisconsin, TMZ reports.

According to police, the accuser claims that "shortly after the concert had concluded ... [she] found herself inside of a Cadillac Limousine with Joseph Cartagena and other male subjects all with the destination of a hotel located on Madison's west side".

The woman said that she was assaulted inside the limo.

Cartagena was held and question by police, but he was not arrested. The hip-hop star was released Tuesday morning and no arrests have been made in the case.
