Liam: No second chance for Doherty

Liam Gallagher has stated that Oasis will never give Babyshambles another chance.

Oasis fans were left without the pleasure of a support performance from Pete Doherty's band last month when the former Libertine was in France rather than in Southampton where he was scheduled to be.

The Mancunians then scrapped them from their gig at Milton Keynes a few days later, giving their slot to The Zutons instead.

Speaking to Spanish newspaper El Mundo, Liam Gallagher stated that Doherty will not be given the chance to stand them up again. He explained: “That’s where the relationship ended. What we’re not going to do is give him a second chance.

“It’s not a question of professionalism. It’s much more simple than that. This is the greatest group in the world and what we’re not going to do is let anyone, Pete Doherty, Liam Gallagher or Elvis, f**k it all up.???
