According to documents obtained by TMZ, Murray and his Acres Home Heart & Vascular Associates and GCA Holdings have attempted to “conceal the multi-state supply of drugs and the use of their facilities in Texas and Nevada to obtain medications", representing an “extreme departure from the standard of care".
It has been reported that two women working for Acres in Houston retrieved boxes from the doctor's storage facility on the morning that Michael died.
One of the females, LaQuanda Price, said that the box contained needles but that Murray did not order her to retrieve it.
The other women, Price's sister LaQuisha Middleton, claimed that the two visited the facility only to retrieve a chair.
