A US judge has granted an extension on the temporary order banning the sale or distribution of a sex tape featuring Colin Farrell.
The actor's starring role with then-girlfriend Nicole Narain, a Playboy playmate, was filmed two-and-a-half years ago.
Narain now wants to unleash their video upon the world but Farrell, 29, contends that it was shot under the agreement that it would remain private.
Lawyers for Narain insist that their client does not want to sell the tape and is only seeking to ensure that she does not lose her half of the rights to the video.
