Jessica Simpson has thanked Angelina Jolie for inspiring her to "save the world".
The Dukes of Hazzard actress wants to follow in Jolie's footsteps by visiting Third World countries and undertaking missionary work.
"I have this whole plan to save the world," Simpson told OK!. "Angelina is one of my biggest role models.
"I got to interview her recently. She was breathtaking. I couldn't help but stare, but it's her inner beauty that you really feel.
"She's had her struggles and she's been open and honest and I love that about her."
