Bullock and James divorce 'finalised'

Sandra Bullock's divorce from Jesse James has reportedly been finalised.

Both parties have signed the final divorce documents, which were filed with the Travis County, TX clerk's office last week, says TMZ.

The Oscar winner filed for divorce from James on April 23 following reports of his infidelity.

In the divorce documents, Bullock claimed that her marriage to James had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities".

Bullock is now said to be cleared to go through with a single parent adoption.
