Danielle Lloyd has spoken out about her epidural and birthing pool plans.

The 26-year-old glamour model, who is expecting her first baby next month, claimed that she wants to "feel the pain" when the time comes.

"Whatever happens, I don’t want an epidural - I want to be able to feel the pain when I give birth," she told Closer.

Speaking about her birthing pool, she added: "I'm going to get into the water when the contractions start, then I might get out for the actual birth.

"It's a great source of comfort to know that [partner] Jamie [O'Hara] is going to be by my side, holding my hand. He's getting really excited - it's so cute."

Lloyd also claimed that she is going to miss her pregnancy figure and maternity clothes. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm in love with my maternity wardrobe," she said.

"Jamie says the way I've dressed while I've been pregnant is much more sophisticated. He'll miss my pregnancy body - he's never cared what size I am."
