The pair have not worked together since sparking outrage with 2008's 'Manuelgate' scandal, which saw them condemned for leaving offensive messages on Andrew Sachs's answerphone.
However, speaking to the Daily Star, Ross confirmed: "Me and Russ are getting together at the end of the year to do something super cool. It's very exciting but I can't tell you anything about it. It's top secret."
Ross will leave the BBC next month after 13 years with the broadcaster. Brand had been tipped to appear on the final episode of the star's Friday night chatshow, but bosses at the corporation allegedly vetoed the suggestion.
Earlier today, a report suggested that Brand had been offered a multi-million pound deal to host a US radio show. Ross was tipped to join him for "fun and games" on the programme.
