The American Pie star faces two misdemeanour driving under the influence charges stemming from his arrest on June 16, says Access Hollywood.
The 31-year-old could spend up to a year behind bars if convicted because of a previous DUI case.
Klein has also appeared in the films Election and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li.
