The singer explained in a series of posts on Twitter that the inflammatory skin disease has landed her in crutches.
"I have been bitten by a stupid horse fly and now I have a foot like the Nutty Professor's!!!!!! It's MASSIVE!!!!!!! (sic)"
King kept her fans updated as she went to hospital to have the bite checked.
"In A&E now! This is NOT fun!!!!! If you've heard of Honey I Blew Up The Kids, this is Honey I blew Up The Foot!!!!!!!!!!!!" she wrote.
"Thanks for all your messages! I have something called Cellulitis and have to be on crutches! It's not much fun at all. Bed bed and more bed!"
King and her fellow Saturdays release 'Missing You', the first single from their upcoming mini album Headlines, on August 9.
