Vanessa Redgrave returns to Broadway

The 73-year-old, who recently announced that she was taking a break from acting, will play the title role of Daisy Werthan.
James Earl Jones will portray Daisy's chauffeur Hoke Colburn.
The plot centres on the bond that forms between the characters despite racial divides.
The show will open on October 7 at the John Golden Theater.
