Olivia Newton-John's long-term boyfriend Patrick Kim McDermott has gone missing from his boat during an overnight fishing trip.
Newton-John has asked for anyone with information about his disappearance to come forward, saying "I'm hopeful that my treasured friend is safe and well."
McDermott's personal items including his wallet were found onboard and he was last seen eating in the galley of the boat, 'Freedom'.
The Associated Press quote coast guard officer Nathan Henise as saying: "We're treating it as a missing person case."
