The 'Can't Touch It' singer, whose single recently appeared on the Sex And The City 2 movie soundtrack, is believed to have been frustrated with the "direction" of her career recently.
Coulter wrote on her Twitter page over the weekend: "[After] five amazing years, myself and my manager and dear friend Lauren Brown have decided to go our separate ways.
"We have experienced and achieved incredible things together as a team and proved that with passion and determination, anything is possible."
Brown later told The Daily Telegraph: "I haven't had a holiday in five years... I have been putting off my wedding to my gorgeous fiancé... so those are some things I can get around to, finally.
"And hopefully, I am leaving Ricki-Lee on the doorstep of the US and a lot of other really great stuff."
