Dean McDermott in 'high spirits'

Tori Spelling has revealed that Dean McDermott is in high spirits.

The 43-year-old reality TV star, who was hospitalised last week after suffering from a collapsed lung after a dirt bike crash, has reportedly been asking for Oreo McFlurries while recuperating.

Spelling wrote on her Twitter page: "I said to [Dean] 'Babe, do you want anything?' He said 'Oreo McFlurry!' So his spirits are up despite all the pain."

On Friday, when he was released from the intensive care unit, McDermott Tweeted: "My catheter is stuck and won't come out. I'm waiting for the doctor to get here and give it a try. Gotta be honest, I'm scared!"
