Speaking to the Daily Star, Hilton vowed that he will target the 84-year-old monarch with online jibes if she ever signs up for Twitter.
The blogger explained: "I'd love it if I had a celebrity beef with the Queen of England. Aim high, I always say.
"As soon as she gets a Twitter account I am going to start on her, saying, 'You shouldn't be getting tax from these wonderful English people'."
Hilton added that the rise of Twitter has made his job easier because celebrity gaffes now occur more often.
He said: "Tweeting has made it really easy for celebrities to communicate to fans. That's good because a lot of times they'll say things they end up regretting. I love that, but they hate it. It's like celebrity unfiltered!"
