The 21-year-old discussed the news at T4 On The Beach at the weekend, confirming weeks of rumours which suggested that a new stage for their relationship was on the cards.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Wiseman explained: "We are moving in together. I'll be adding a feminine touch to the place."
She added: "I'll be decorating - isn't that always the woman's job?"
JLS star Humes first expressed a desire to live with Wiseman in May, but she subsequently claimed that it was still "early days" when asked about the possibility last month.
The couple have been dating since the beginning of the year.
