Ronaldo on date after son's birth?

Cristiano Ronaldo has been spotted on a rumoured date just days after his son's birth.

The 25-year-old Portuguese footballer, who apparently announced at the weekend that he has become a father for the first time, spent Sunday afternoon at New York City's Soho House with a mystery girl who is not believed to be the unnamed mother of his child.

One onlooker told Us Magazine: "He was with a small group of friends - two girls and two guys - but he was clearly on a date with one of the girls. He spent the day canoodling with the hot chick and enjoying dips in the pool.

"[He was] talking and laughing [with his friends but] most of his attention was directed at the girl. They didn't make out but they were being very affectionate."

The girl is rumoured to be Russian model Irina Shayk.
