The Keeping Up WIth The Kardashians star was caught by Radar Online entering and exiting Lohan's apartment building in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, however she declined to answer questions from the cameramen.
Kardashian tweeted her support to Lohan earlier this week, with Lohan later thanking her for being "such a good friend".
Lohan was handed the three-month prison term on Tuesday after a judge ruled that she violated the terms of her probation in relation to a 2007 charge. She has been ordered to surrender herself to authorities on July 20 to begin serving the sentence.
