Hurley describes husband's fire accident

Model and actress Elizabeth Hurley has revealed that her husband Arun Nayar was lucky that his skin healed "so beautifully" after he was injured in an accident.

Hurley and Nayar were preparing to light a bonfire at their country home last year when a kerosene blast singed Nayar's hair and burned his hand.

The Austin Powers star rushed her husband to hospital and was relieved to be told that he would suffer no permanent injury.

Hurley told the Evening Standard: "It was a terrifying accident and Arun was very lucky that he had an excellent burns specialist and didn't end up scarred."

She added: "He now regularly steals my Creme de la Mer (skin cream), which he claims helped his skin to heal so beautifully."
