Jennifer Lopez shops for baby clothes

Jennifer Lopez has been spotted shopping for baby clothes.

After spending her money at Petite Tresor in Beverly Hills, the singer and actress apparently told staff, "It's for me!"

"J-Lo came in to buy some little outfits," one worker told the News of the World. "We all presumed it was for a niece or a family friend, but she said, ‘It's for me'. She then smiled and carried on looking around before buying some early-learning books."

Lopez admitted that she had been feeling broody in June this year. She said at the time, "I so want to be pregnant. I am ready. It would be the best thing in the world for me."

A source added, "J-Lo's been a great success and taking time out to have a baby is the norm. Just look at Britney Spears."

One insider recently told America's Star magazine, "It's very top secret right now."
