The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star had a Korean dragon inked on his back last month to symbolise rebirth and change. He also had the names of his girlfriend, Ellen Ross, and eight children etched into the design.
However, according to Life & Style, the spelling of 'Ellen' on the tattoo is actually the spelling for the name Aaron or Aron.
It was previously reported that it took two sessions of around six or seven hours each for the artwork to be completed.
The reality star has yet to comment on the misspelling report.
