The popstar, who co-hosted This Morning with Kate Thornton today, fell to the ground during a morning jog and was taken to hospital suffering from chest pains on Wednesday.
Speaking about the incident on the ITV1 daytime show, Andre said: "I did have a bit of a struggle - I went for a jog and I collapsed and because it was a chest muscle, I obviously thought it was my heart and I was having a bit of a panic but I'm fine and I'm here."
He joked: "I think I gave myself a heart attack thinking about a heart attack, which is not a very good thing to do but I'm absolutely fine."
