The American Pie actor faces two misdemeanor DUI charges stemming from his arrest on June 16 in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Klein was released on his "own recognisance" after the arrest. He later checked into a rehab facility.
"After recent events, Chris was forced to take a clear look at a problem he has been trying to deal with himself for years," representative Jaime Primak said previously.
