Deeley, 33, had been dating the actor for two years and is alleged to have ended the relationship because of work commitments. It is also claimed that she felt the relationship had run its natural course, according to the Daily Mail.
The presenter has been hosting So You Think You Can Dance since 2006 in the US and recently fronted the UK version. Huston stars in the latest Twilight film Eclipse.
A spokesperson for Deeley confirmed the split.
