According to Just Jared, the friends were photographed chatting together at a Pinkberry over the weekend.
Kardashian later took to her Twitter account to describe the store's new watermelon flavour as "heaven".
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star jetted to the Bahamas last month to do a photoshoot with Bieber on the beach at the Cove Resort at Atlantis.
The pair met at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in May, where Bieber jokingly referred to 29-year-old Kardashian as his "girlfriend", and she responded by saying she had "Bieber Fever".
Kardashian - who is currently dating NFL star Miles Austin - later revealed that she had been getting death threats from the teenage singer's fans and hoped that they knew the duo weren't being serious and that they are just friends.
