According to the Daily Mail, London's High Court ruled in favour of Law, who sought to block the inclusion of photos of the pair's children in the book.
Frost has also agreed to remove portions of the memoir relating to her marriage to Law.
"My client Jude Law issued proceedings against Blake Publishing and Sadie Frost, as he was concerned about certain passages in Ms Frost's forthcoming autobiography as well as the proposed publication of photographs of his children," read a statement from lawyer Mark Thomson.
The attorney added: "Mr Law is pleased that the parties have been able to resolve this speedily; he has been able to protect his and his children's privacy and Ms Frost is able to proceed with her latest project."
Law and Frost, who split in February 2003, have three children together, Rafferty, 12, Iris, 10, and Rudy, 7.
