The Royle Family star Ricky Tomlinson is planning a theatre tour.
"I'm going to be going round the theatres in An Evening With... type show," the actor told The Mirror.
"It will be all over the UK with a couple of dates in Northern Ireland and one or two in Scotland. I can't wait."
Sports presenter Elton Welsby, a friend of the star, will interview Ricky as his alter-ego Jim Royle for the first half of the show. Later, Ricky will take on the role of football manager Mike Bassett once again, to take questions from the audience.
