Writing in his column for Heat magazine, the Pineapple Dance Studios star said that ITV had "hit the jackpot", with Bleakley and Holly Willoughby providing "t*ts, teeth and sparkle".
Spence said: "There doesn't seem enough of Christine to go around at the moment. Mind you, there was a little rumour that she's had her t*ts done.
"Well, if she has, bloody good job! And if she hasn't, bloody great t*ts! That's just my honest gay assessment of your t*ts, Christine. I think they, and you, are gorgeous."
He added: "But I have to be honest - I'm much more interested in that lovely boyfriend [Frank Lampard] of yours. Tie him up, get him married and don't let him anywhere near me or it'll all end in tears, love!
"I'm told he was cruelly disallowed a goal at the World Cup, but I could guarantee that he'd score back in Blighty!"
