The former Spice Girl and Jones have been together for 11 years and have a 2-year-old son.
She told New: "The thing with me and Jade is it’s been so brilliant and we are happy as we are. Of course, we have talked about marriage, but we like it the way it is.
"We have a child together, which is the most wonderful thing anyway."
The Don't Stop Believing host also confirmed that a Spice Girls musical is in the works.
"Yes, the girls and I have discussed a few ideas and we’re currently looking for writers. It will take time," she said.
Bunton recently admitted that she would like a second child.
