Tori Spelling son 'starts Twitter account'

Tori Spelling's 3-year-old son Liam has started his own Twitter account.

The 37-year-old, who helps Liam to post one-liners on the page, told People that she was shocked by the account's over 14,000 followers.

"The response was not what I expected. It was insane," she said.

Spelling added that the page has "lifted" husband Dean McDermott's spirits while he recovers from a motorbike accident.

"Once Dean came home from the hospital, Liam told Dean, 'You have to stay in bed. Doctor said you're sick. You have a boo boo'," she explained.

"Dean is slowly recovering. He has a long road ahead and is still in a lot of pain. He's just taking it day by day, and the kids and I are good nurses!"

Spelling recently said that McDermott''s accident had affected the entire family.
