Since its release last Friday afternoon the new War Child album has been downloaded over 80,000 times, which has gone down very well with its organisers.
War Child spokesman Julian Carrera told the BBC: "There are a few tracks that I think people will love instantly. The Radiohead track ('I Want None Of It') is absolutely beautiful."
Other artists who gave their support to the project include Coldplay, Manic Street Preachers, Damien Rice and Razorlight.
The 22-track album will receive a release on CD format on September 26, complete with artwork from Stone Roses guitarist John Squire.
