Seagal's former personal assistant filed the suit in April.
Kayden Nguyen accused the actor and reality show star of treating her like a "sex toy" and of sexually assaulting her three times. She also alleged that he kept two Russian women on call to meet his sexual requirements.
The court granted the dismissal on Tuesday. It is unclear if Nguyen dropped the case or if a settlement was made.
Segal had denied the charges. In April, his attorney said: "The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired."
Production was halted on Seagal's A&E series Steven Seagal: Lawman amid the allegations against the action star. It is unclear if the show will continue.
