The Blade actor was found guilty in 2008 of not filing tax returns between the years 1999 and 2001. He owes the government $12 to $14 million, according to Gossip Cop.
Snipes was sentenced to 36 months in prison after the original case, a sentence he previously called "unreasonable".
He appealed the decision, but the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta backed judged William Terrell Hodges's 2008 decision to find Snipes guilty.
