Jesse James wins early court victory

Jesse James has reportedly won a victory in the closing arguments of the custody battle over his six-year-old daughter.

According to Radar Online, the court appointed attorney recommended that Sandra Bullock's ex be granted full custody and that he be permitted to move his daughter Sunny to his new home in Austin, TX.

The attorney also recommended that Sunny's mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, be allowed vacation time with Sunny plus contact through regular telephone calls and internet chats.

An official ruling in the case will be made on Tuesday.
