Kelly Brook's ex-boyfriend Jason Statham has found love with Australian singing beauty Sophie Monk.

Statham, who was dumped by the Celebrity Love Island presenter last year, is now enjoying a change of fortunes, with his career and personal life finally getting back on track.

The actor's latest film, Transporter 2, is breaking US box office records, and he has recently bought a new £1.2 million home.

"Things couldn't be better for me," Jason has confessed.

A source told The Mirror, "Jason was shocked when Kelly walked out and didn't even have the decency to tell him. But he's not so sore now the offers are rolling in and he's seeing Sophie. They get on really well, and although its early days, everyone has noticed how happy he is."

The friend added, "It seems Jason is having the last laugh now."
