The reality star - who has appeared on the Bravo show since its inception last year - quipped to OK that the recent batch of shows set in the state were leading to "Jersification of the world".
"I'd like to think it started with yours truly," she continued. "I brought enough to bring a lot of attention to New Jersey, and I'm going to hold it and keep it."
The mother-of-two also dismissed certain misconceptions about New Jersey, including the notion that residents are "filled with gossip".
"It's about being real, being good to one another and family-oriented. I think people are missing it when they think we're all into shopping," she explained. "I cook. I cook every day for my kids, and I think they're missing it. The biggest misconception is we do not spend family time together, but we're all about family."
Staub - who debuted new single 'Real Close' on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live last month - recently admitted that she would love to land a solo reality show.
