Szubanski drops five dress sizes

Magda Szubanski has revealed that she "never thought" she would drop five dress sizes.

The Kath and Kim actress, who signed up as the face of weight loss company Jenny Craig last year, said that blocking out negative voices in her head was what she needed to do to shed 25kg.

Szubanski told Woman's Day magazine: "In the beginning I was neck and neck with the fat lady in my head and now, more and more, I win out over what she wants me to do.

"It's like I have turned back the clock and discovered the life I never had. I don't look like Twiggy or Miranda Kerr, but I look a million times better than I did before!"
