Lohan dad 'accused of domestic violence'

Michael Lohan's fiancée Kate Major has reportedly claimed that he physically attacked her.

According to sources for TMZ, Major filed a police report against Lindsay Lohan's father, alleging that he "shoved her over a chair" and "kicked her in the face".

Major also reportedly said that she had to go to the hospital to treat an injured shoulder after the alleged incident.

She is said to be claiming that the assault happened on Monday at around 2pm, which was near the time that Michael flew to Los Angeles for Lindsay's court hearing.

Michael has denied the charges and reportedly said that Major is making up the claims.
