The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was linked to Austin after the pair were spotted dining together in New York, and she was later reported to have introduced the footballer to her family.
However, when asked about the speculation by Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show, she said: "I am having a really good time. I am living my life and there is nothing I want to tell you!"
"So there is no breaking news about this Dallas Cowboy then?" replied Seacrest, prompting Kardashian to say: "Dallas Cowboy? I have no idea what you are talking about... I'm single and I'm having a good time. You're making it really awkward Ryan!"
She added: "I'm meeting some really great people and just trying to live my life and definitely be a lot more private than I was before."
Kardashian also said that she "felt bad" for ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush following reports that he might lose the Heisman Trophy he won at USC, saying that she does not think he should have to hand the award back.
