Michael Lohan charged with harassment

Michael Lohan has reportedly been charged with second degree harassment after fiancé Kate Major claimed he physically assaulted her.

Major filed a police report against Lindsay Lohan's father on Thursday, alleging that he "shoved her over a chair" and "kicked her in the face".

Major said that Lohan told her: “I am going to go back to jail because I am going to kill you!”

Lohan admitted that he and Major argued, but denies the assault charge.

Major has taken out a restraining order against him and has said that she is "very scared of Michael", reports Gossip Cop.

Lohan faces a formal arraignment on August 18.
