Mariah Carey disapproves of casual sex

Mariah Carey has announced her disapproval of promiscuity and casual sex.

Carey, who has previously made herself known to be an advocate of celibacy, has seen the effects of promiscuity in her sister Alison, who became involved in a life of prostitution and drug use because of it.

She explained: "Casual sex destroys self respect. Some people use it to feel better about themselves but in fact it ruins lives. I've seen it for myself, and that is why I have never been comfortable with promiscuity."
