Milian challenges Dream divorce

Christina Milian plans to fight her divorce from The-Dream after claiming that he lied about the status of their relationship and embarked upon extramarital affairs.

The 28-year-old singer launched a legal challenge disputing the rapper's claim that they had agreed to end their marriage when he filed for divorce in February, as the couple had "marital relations on numerous occasions" since then.

TMZ reports that Milian aims to convince the judge assigned to their case to disregard papers she signed agreeing to a divorce, arguing that she was convinced to sign the papers during the final weeks of her pregnancy when she was unfit to make such a decision.

Milian also allegedly wants any subsequent divorce to be granted on the basis that The-Dream, real name Terius Nash, was unfaithful during their short-lived marriage.

The-Dream has previously stated that the couple's separation caused him to become suicidal.
