Kate Moss turns her back on Doherty?

Kate Moss has decided to cut Pete Doherty out of her life since checking in for drug rehabilitation treatment in Arizona.

The supermodel is following the advice of friends, who have warned her not to have any contact with her on/off boyfriend while she stays in the US.

Instead, Moss has sought comfort from ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack, who flew out to visit her last week.

The News of the World claims that Kate is showing remorse for her actions, and is missing her daughter, Lila.

She apparently told Hack, "I'm so sorry for everything. I can't believe what's happened. I've been a stupid woman, but I'm not a bad mother. I've done some awful things, but I want to put them behind me. I miss Lila so much. I can't wait to come home and get on with the rest of my life."

A friend added, "The fact is Pete's lifestyle has not impressed her real friends - or those who love her - to say the least. Since she has been in rehab she's frozen Pete out - and she's much happier as a result. We're all confident she'll come out of this healthier and stronger."
