The actress was photographed sitting on Axtmann's lap at a boat party and the pair are now believed to be dating once again.
A source apparently said: "Tara and Michael seemed to be having a great time. Anyone who saw them would have thought they were a couple in love."
The couple broke up in April, allegedly because Reid did not want to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.
Other guests at the party included Jackie Collins and Ivana Trump.
