Holly Madison 'buys friend a boob job'

Holly Madison has reportedly paid for her personal assistant to have a breast enlargement for her 21st birthday.

The Girls of the Playboy Mansion star apparently bought her employee Angel Porrino the operation because she had wanted surgery for a long time.

Madison told Life & Style: "I've known Angel since she was 18, and she's always been talking about getting a boob job. It's really exciting to be able to buy a friend a present that she's super, super excited about."

Porrino is thought to be very pleased with the results.

She said: "I had 50-year-old boobs at age 20. It was bad. Now they're proportionate to my body. I'm just more confident, and I don't think there's anything else about my body that I would want to change."

However, Madison, who has had both a nose job and breast implants, added that she doesn't believe women should rush into having surgery.

She explained: "I think when young girls are thinking about plastic surgery they need to go to a very wealthy house party in Beverly Hills.

"All they need to do is look at all the old people in the room and be like, 'Oh, maybe I don't want to get my lips done. Maybe I don't want to get Botox', because you see how it ages."
