The Girls Aloud star, 28, and Crane, 30, decided to purchase the property after spending much time on the Spanish island, according to the Daily Star.
A source said: "Sarah and Tommy love Ibiza and would love to spend six months of the year there.
"They don’t want to be in the middle of the San Antonio party scene, so they’ve been looking at a five-bed villa in Ibiza Old Town.
"They like the laid-back Spanish way of life. It’s really beautiful and chilled out on that part of the island."
