Neeson 'gets homesick on location'

Liam Neeson has claimed that he hates leaving his family behind when filming on location.

The Clash Of The Titans said that he is hit hard by the absence of his sons Michael, 15, and Daniel, 13, who he had with late wife Natasha Richardson.

"It's always tricky. You miss your family. I'm very much a homebody," he told Bang Showbiz.

"You find yourself stuck on a mountain somewhere with a skirt on and a sword, and midges are nibbling your b*llocks. You think, 'What the hell am I doing?'"

Despite his distaste for working far away from home, Neeson recently revealed that he found the exotic shoot for new movie The A-Team "therapeutic" in the wake of his wife's death last March.
