Damon Dash loses NYC property to auction

Damon Dash has reportedly lost his multi-million dollar New York City duplex.

According to the New York Post, the former Roc-A-Fella co-owner, who was sued two years ago for failing to pay the $78,504 (£60,179) a month on a $7.3 million (£5,596,013) mortgage on two Manhattan apartments, lost his luxury property through an auction earlier this week.

The mogul's other apartment in Tribeca allegedly did not meet its $3 million (£2,299,731) minimum bid. A bank now owns the property.

Dash recently claimed that Jay-Z betrayed him on a personal and business level when he severed their business ties.
