The couple will move into the seven bedroom mansion in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles with their daughter Olive, after growing tired of seeing tourists parked outside their current house, according to The Mail on Sunday.
A source said: "You can look out of the bedroom window and see fans waiting there, right on the street. Sacha and Isla decided it was time to move up, particularly as their family is expanding.
"Sacha loves the area because it is wooded and bohemian and has a real artsy feel. It is an area that became famous in the '60s for being a hub of creativity. The Beatles and the Stones had houses here."
The couple's neighbours will allegedly include George Clooney, Jack Osbourne and Paris Hilton.
